Shipping Policy

All Continental US orders are shipped UPS ground.
Customer orders outside the Continental US are shipped Air Mail 
Shipping charges will be displayed when you enter the shipping destination for your order.

Street Addresses Only for UPS
You must use a street address for all UPS orders. They cannot deliver to PO Boxes, or to military APO/FPO addresses.

Multiple Shipping Destinations
Multiple “ship to” addresses from the same order are okay, however shipping charges will be calculated and applied individually to each shipping address requested.

Shipping Time Requirements
Expect 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.

Freight Deliveries and Shipments from Vendors
Some products are sent via freight or directly from our suppliers and may require additional shipping time.

Shipping Options:

Standard Shipping (7-10 Days) after order is processed.
UPS Ground
Standard shipping and handling rates vary according to the amount of purchase and destination.

Oversize Item Delivery
Standard Rate plus $25.00 to $150.00 depending on size & weight of item

Shipping/Handling and Delivery to Canada
Standard Delivery (1 - 2 weeks)
A 20% international surcharge (or a minimum of $20 USD) will be added to the total merchandise value, which covers all duty, shipping and handling charges. Canadian taxes will be calculated separately.

Address Requirements
To ensure proper delivery and to provide the pre-paid duties and taxes service, a physical delivery address and daytime phone number are required for all Canadian shipments.

Shipping/Handling and Delivery – International (except for Canada)

International Orders
Payment must be made by credit card in U.S. Funds.
In order to ensure proper delivery, the recipient’s phone number is required for international shipments.

International Deliveries
International shipping costs will vary depending on the value of your order and the destination.

Sales Tax Information
We may be required to collect state and local sales tax on orders shipped to certain states. Some states charge sales tax on merchandise and shipping, while others charge sales tax only on merchandise; we must follow the rules of each state.

States with No Sales Tax Charged
There is no sales tax on orders shipped to the following states:

• Alaska
• Delaware
• Montana
• New Hampshire
• Oregon

Sales Tax Based on Merchandise Totals Only
Sale tax based on merchandise only will be charged for orders shipped to the following states:

• Idaho
• Massachusetts
• Oklahoma
• Wyoming
  For orders shipped to all other states not previously mentioned, sales tax will be based on the total amount of the order—including shipping charges
